Como Depot here I come!

Every year for just a couple of weeks in September Colorado gives me one more reason, on an endless list, why I live here. In late Sept. the aspen trees go nuts!
So my girl and I hop in the car and take a ride over Boreas Pass, to the good ol' Como Depot. Its an incredible drive, the leaves on the trees are electric, yellows, greens, and everything in between. I've seen a lot of different changing of the seasons, and I will put The High Country against the best of them. This is a great drive and ends perfectly with this awesome small town Inn. It has a pretty simple, but most definetely homemade menu. From green chill to bread pudding this place is the spot to end your trip over the pass. Probably the only spot as well...
